Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement (Catering Services)

Grabinsky’s Catering Limited (we, us) are committed to making our catering services accessible to all customers, including people with disabilities. This applies to our website, menus, ordering process, and customer communications.

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, to ensure our digital content is accessible and easy to use.

Accessibility status

Our website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. While many areas are accessible, some parts of the service may not yet fully meet accessibility standards.

What we’re doing well
  • Our menus are structured to be readable with screen readers

  • We aim to use clear language and simple navigation

  • Key information such as pricing, dietary options, and contact details is easy to find

  • We support keyboard navigation across most of the site

Known accessibility limitations
  • Some menu images may not yet include full alternative text descriptions

  • Online booking or enquiry forms may have limited compatibility with certain assistive technologies

  • Colour contrast in branded materials may not always meet recommended levels

  • Downloadable PDFs (e.g. sample menus) may not be fully accessible

We are actively working to improve these areas.

Accessibility in our catering services

Beyond our website, we strive to accommodate accessibility needs in our services, including:

  • Providing allergen and dietary information on request

  • Offering menus in alternative formats (e.g. large print or digital text)

  • Supporting specific requirements for events (e.g. dietary restrictions, service adjustments)

  • We are a disability confident employer
